How long we keep it
- Order and transaction records: six years from the end of the relevant tax year, as required for HMRC purposes.
- Customer account information: while your account is active and for two years after your last order.
- Marketing consent and contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Customer service correspondence: two years.
- Website analytics data: 26 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your information in certain circumstances.
