• Shopify, which hosts our store.
• Our payment processors, who collect payment details to process your order.
• Advertising and analytics providers, including Meta and Google, where you have consented to marketing and analytics cookies.

Sending your information outside the UK

Some service providers are outside the UK, including in the United States, and our manufacturing partners are in Pakistan. Where we transfer information outside the UK, we rely on a recognised safeguard: an adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Order and transaction records: six years from the end of the relevant tax year, as required for HMRC purposes.
• Customer account information: while your account is active and for two years after your last order.
• Marketing consent and contact details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Customer service correspondence: two years.
• Website analytics data: 26 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

No system is completely secure, and information sent over the internet is never entirely risk-free. Please do not send sensitive information through insecure channels.
