Payment
How you can pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay.
Paying in instalments
Klarna and Shop Pay Instalments may be available at checkout, allowing eligible customers to spread the cost of an order.
Instalment plans are credit agreements with the relevant provider or lender, not with Muze London. They are subject to eligibility, affordability checks and the provider's terms. Missing payments may affect your credit file and your ability to use the service in future.
Currency
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) by default. Any currency conversion shown on the site is a guide only. Your order is charged in GBP, and your bank sets the exchange rate and may apply a foreign transaction fee.
When you are charged
Payment is taken in full when you place your order, including for Made-to-Order pieces, because production begins on receipt of payment.
Security
Our store runs on Shopify. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal over an encrypted connection. Muze London never sees or stores your full card details.
Pricing and taxes
UK prices include VAT where applicable. For deliveries outside the UK, import duties and local taxes are not included and are payable by you on arrival. See Shipping & Delivery.
If a payment fails or we cancel an order
We reserve the right to cancel an order where payment cannot be taken, an item is out of stock, or a price or description has been listed in error. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full within 14 days.
