If you grew up South Asian in Britain, you know the ritual. A cousin's wedding is six weeks away. Someone's aunt knows someone in Delhi or Lahore. Money moves through three sets of hands. A parcel arrives, eventually, and the colour is not the colour, the sleeves are wrong, and there is nobody to ask.

Muze London exists because that should not be the only way to buy beautiful clothes.

What we make

We design and make South Asian formal wear and prêt for women: shalwar kameez, co-ord sets, farshi and gharara silhouettes, hand-embroidered kurtas, and occasion pieces for weddings, Eid, mehndi, engagements and the ordinary evenings in between.

Our pieces are made by skilled artisans in Pakistan, where chikankari, zardozi, thread work and hand-finished organza are crafts refined over decades. They ship from the UK, with UK delivery timelines, UK pricing and a UK returns address.

That combination is the whole point: artisanal craftsmanship and impeccable service.

Who we are for

Bangladeshi, Indian, Nepalese and Pakistani women in the UK, the United States, Canada and across Europe. Women who want to walk into a wedding and feel like themselves. Women who do not want to choose between something that fits and something that is beautiful.

Our customers are in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford, Leicester and Glasgow. They are in Toronto, Houston, New Jersey and Oslo. Wherever the diaspora went, the same problem followed. We ship worldwide because that is where you are.

Four collections

Ghulaab: named for the rose—gold-worked, jewel-toned occasion wear.

Tehzeeb: grace carried well—heritage formals in silk and organza.

Daisy: hand-worked florals in lighter fabrics, made to be reached for often.

Rawayat: the traditions we carry—farshi shalwars, ghararas and old silhouettes on new streets.

How we work

Ready-to-Wear pieces are delivered in 3–5 working days within the UK. Made-to-Order pieces are cut after you order and delivered in 2–3 working weeks within the UK.

We keep runs small. When something sells out, it usually stays sold out. If you love an outfit that is unavailable, reach out to us—we may be able to make it for you.

What we promise

Fabric first. We do not cut corners on cloth to hit a price point. Silk is silk. Organza is organza.

Honest timelines. If a piece takes three weeks, we say three weeks. We would rather lose the sale than lose your trust the week before a wedding.

Made ethically. We work directly with our makers and pay fairly for skilled work. Hand embroidery is a craft, not a cost line.

Real answers. A person reads your messages. If you are between sizes, ask and we will tell you honestly which way to go.

Is Muze London a UK business?

Yes. Muze London Ltd is a UK business.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, worldwide. We have customers across the United States, Canada and Europe. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and delivery estimates by region are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

What is the difference between your collections?

Ghulaab is occasion wear, gold-forward and built for weddings. Tehzeeb is heritage formal wear in silk and organza. Daisy is lighter floral prêt. Rawayat draws on classical silhouettes, including farshi shalwars and ghararas.

Why do some pieces take two or three weeks?

Made-to-Order pieces are cut after you order. Ready-to-Wear pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Can I return something if it does not work?

Eligible online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery and returned within a further 14 days. See Returns & Exchanges for full details.
