Order types and timelines

Every product page tells you which type you are buying. If your order contains both, we will dispatch it together once the Made-to-Order piece is ready, or split the delivery on request at no extra charge.

International delivery
We ship worldwide. These estimates begin after dispatch. For Made-to-Order pieces, add the 2–3 week production window.

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. These are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times depend on the carrier and local customs processing.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your local authorities. These are set by your country, are payable by you, are not included in the price at checkout, and cannot be calculated by us in advance.
If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, any return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder. If it has not arrived within three working days of your dispatch confirmation, email muzelondon@gmail.com.
Delivery delays
Timelines may extend during Eid, wedding season and other peak periods, and during events outside our control such as carrier delays, extreme weather or customs inspections. We will tell you if your order is running behind.
If your order arrives late
We will deliver within the timeframe agreed and, in any case, within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you. If we miss that, or miss a specific date you told us about before ordering, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Ordering for a specific event? Tell us the date before you order and we will be straight with you about whether it is achievable. During Eid and wedding season, place Made-to-Order orders at least four weeks ahead.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot cover the cost of reshipping where an incorrect address was supplied.
